PiDash Kits

This is where you'll build your PiDash configuration after you've added your Custom Kit to your cart.  You can have up to 2 PiDash displays per PiDash kit. A typical setup supports 1 Pidash kit (with up to 2 screens). You can also add a wired backup camera, and we can help you wire up a reverse trigger for it. Pidash kits offer significant advantages compared to our standard screens, such as much easier customization and a huge variety of screen size and shape options. Please keep in mind that boot times, however, are longer (20-30 seconds, though we are actively working on improvements to reduce or eliminate boot times!) compared to our standard screens, and due to the complexity and customization required for these kits lead times are typically a couple of weeks longer than our standard kits. 

Why purchase a Pidash kit from OneGauge?
Everything you need is included-

• Complete Pi system, pre-configured, wired, setup, and tested to work directly with the OneGauge hub. The system is ready to use out of the box, just plug it into the OneGauge hub!
  
• You can purchase a screen (or two!) from us or use your own HDMI screen. When purchased from us, an HDMI cable and power cable is included and the screen designs are configured to ensure correct display. 
• Tunerstudio (gauge software) license- a $100+ value that is required for use of the software
• Battery Backup system to automatically manage shutdown - no more worries about corrupted software due to improper shutdown, the battery system automatically safely shuts off the Pi system when power is cut (a $100+ value)
• All wiring/cables, pre-soldered power connections to simplify wiring, and any other necessary accessories for your display
• A variety of pre-configured dash designed already uploaded to the system, plus OneGauge can do custom/one-off designs for your specific build by request
• Optional add-ons include a backup camera and/or Apple Car play connection. Please note- Apple Car Play uses an entire screen, so it is only recommend for dual screen (2 screen) setups

• 1995-1999 GM Truck and equivalents (GMT400)
• 1999-2006 GM Truck and equivalents (GMT800)
• 2002-2009 TrailBlazer and equivalents (GMT360)

Round Screens: 
-7" - total diameter is 8.0", active screen area is 7"
-5" - total diameter is 5.9", active screen area is 5"
-3.4" - total diameter is 4.5", active screen area is 3.4"
